Taylor Swift may believe in shaking things off but can the pop star ‘shake off’ the law suit against her?

US R&B singer Jesse Braham has accused Taylor Swift of stealing the words from a song he wrote called Haters Gone Hate. 

Now that Taylor Swift has now have to pay $42 million. Taylor Swift says she never heard and never knew there was a song that was similar to hers. But the question is Can Taylor Swift shake it off?
